You can rest assured that this ordinance, if passed, will give every visitor to a Municipal Building or Park a target on their back— compliments of Roanoke City Council. SafeSide Lynchburg's Indoor Range is NOW OPEN! We need to make sure that we abide by the language of EO53 as it pertains to restrictions that apply to us.  Judge Yeatts’ Order granting Temporary Injunction & related Opinion specifically says that “SafeSide has shown a willingness to conform with what is commonly called ‘social distancing’ as well as the executive order limiting the range to ten patrons at a time."  We hold that our policies and procedures, as outlined below, will meet all requirements set forth in EO53.
